Wallpaperdirect.com AU is an online wallpaper and wall-mural shop worth comparing if you're buying patterned or feature-wall coverings and want a big selection plus sample swatches before committing. Best for planned room refreshes where you can measure and order rolls ahead of installation.
Order samples first
Pay for small swatches to check pattern, colour and texture before buying full rolls — avoids costly returns.
Regular clearance
Active clearance and promo sections mean you can often find marked-down patterns if you watch sales.
Clear roll specs
Product pages list roll width, length and pattern repeat so you can calculate how many rolls you need.
What they're known for
Wallpaperdirect AU is known for a broad assortment: printed wallpapers, oversized wall murals and specialty textured and vinyl options that suit wet rooms or high-traffic areas. The site covers both budget patterns and more design-led styles, and most product pages include roll dimensions and pattern-repeat details so you can plan yardage accurately.
How to get the best price
Best savings come from watching the clearance and sale sections and signing up for newsletter promos. Always order samples first to avoid returns. If you need multiple rolls, check product pages for multi-roll pricing or bulk discounts during seasonal sales — and compare the marked-down clearance items against current promotions before clicking through.
Shipping, returns and trust
Shipping options vary by weight and destination in Australia; expect standard and expedited options at checkout. Important: many cut-to-size items and made-to-measure murals are non-returnable — unopened full rolls are easier to return but policies vary by product, so check the product page and contact customer service before ordering if you might need a return.
