SpiritHalloween is the seasonal go‑to for Halloween costumes, masks, animatronics and large yard props. Compare here if you want licensed character outfits, big animated decorations, or a nearby pop‑up store for last‑minute pickup and clearance bargains.
Predictable clearance
Big markdowns ramp up in October and hit deepest after Halloween — plan to buy decorations post‑31st for the best deals.
Prop and animatronic selection
Large range of animatronics and electrical props you won't find at general retailers — handy for yard and haunted-house displays.
Seasonal stores nearby
Hundreds of temporary Spirit locations mean you can often try on costumes or grab a last‑minute purchase in person.
What Spirit is known for
Spirit is best known for a huge seasonal assortment centered on Halloween: licensed adult and kids costumes, outsize yard animatronics, masks and specialty makeup. If you’re building a themed display or need a specific movie or TV costume, Spirit’s range and specialty props make it a practical stop compared with general department stores.
How to get the best price
Spirit runs a predictable seasonal cadence: early fall promotions, heavier discounts through October, and the steepest discounts in the post‑Halloween clearance. The retailer does not advertise a broad price‑match guarantee, so time your purchases for October or after Halloween for the biggest savings. Watch onsite promo codes and seasonal email deals if you need items before clearance.
Shipping, returns and trust signals
Standard U.S. shipments normally arrive within a few business days; oversized props may ship via freight and take longer. Spirit supports in‑store pickup at seasonal locations for faster turnaround. Most unworn items can be returned within 30 days — clearance and some final‑sale items may be excluded, so check the product page and retain your packing slip.
