What Eventim sells best

Eventim is strongest as a seller of live‑event tickets: major arena and stadium concerts, multi‑day festivals, national theatre tours and sports fixtures across the UK and Europe. You’ll find both first‑release tickets and later releases for sold‑out dates. If you need arena seating, festival passes or tour dates, Eventim’s catalogue is worth checking alongside venue sites and fan clubs.

How to get the best price

Watch presales and sign up for Eventim alerts — early allocations are usually the lowest face value. Use e‑tickets to dodge postage charges. There’s no universal price‑match: compare the venue’s box office, artist presales and verified resale listings before buying. If an event looks oversold, check resale prices but factor in extra fees; sometimes buying early from Eventim saves more than a last‑minute resale.

Shipping, returns & trust

Most purchases deliver as mobile or PDF tickets instantly; postal options exist and can add days and fees. Event tickets are typically non‑refundable — refunds happen only when promoters cancel or officially reschedule. Before checkout, check delivery options and booking fees shown at payment. Eventim is a long‑running European ticketing platform, so buyer support and email confirmations are standard, but always retain proof of purchase.

FAQ

Does Eventim match lower prices I find elsewhere?

No — Eventim does not run a general price‑match guarantee. Always compare face value and fees with the venue box office, artist presales and verified resale platforms before buying.

When are the cheapest tickets released?

Cheapest face‑value tickets usually appear in presales and the first general sale. Sign up for presales and event alerts; late‑released tickets can appear, but resale prices often rise with demand.

Can I return tickets if plans change?

Generally no. Tickets are non‑refundable unless the promoter cancels or offers a refund. Check the event terms on the listing and keep your confirmation email as proof of purchase.
