Innovations.com.au is an Australian online specialist for outdoor living — think barbecues, pizza ovens, fire pits, outdoor heaters and the accessories that go with them. Worth comparing if you’re buying a mid-to-high-end BBQ or upgrading patio heating for entertaining season.
Seasonal sale windows
Big discounts typically land around spring/summer ramps and major sale events — check clearance for older grill models.
Freight-ready shipping
Large BBQs and fire pits are shipped by specialist carriers — delivery quotes and installation add-ons appear at checkout.
Specs & manuals
Product pages often include detailed specs and user manuals so you can compare sizes, fuel types and installation needs before buying.
What Innovations is known for
Innovations stands out for its focused outdoor-living assortment: a wide range of freestanding and built-in barbecues, dedicated pizza ovens, fire pits and patio heaters plus the accessories that go with them. If you want to compare mid-to-premium grills, heat sources and outdoor cooking kit — including the parts and covers you’ll need — this is a good site to scan.
How to get the best price here
Watch the seasonal calendar: spring and pre-summer promotions, EOFY and big online sale days are when clearance BBQs and ovens dip in price. Sign up for the newsletter and check the clearance/outlet section for discontinued models. For bulky items, compare quoted freight and installation costs — a lower sticker price can be offset by expensive delivery.
Shipping, returns and trust signals
Deliveries range from parcel post for small accessories to pallet freight for BBQs and fire pits; the site shows shipping method and a checkout estimate. Returns and warranties differ by product — many items carry manufacturer warranties, and change-of-mind returns for large or installed items may be limited. Contact customer support before purchase for return or installation queries.
