Core range: panels, posts and fittings

BuyFencingDirect focuses on the practical stuff contractors and DIYers actually need: standard timber fence panels (closeboard, featheredge and slatted), concrete posts, gravel boards, basic timber gates and the fixings to install them. If you need commonly used sizes and robust, straightforward materials rather than designer screens, this is where you’ll find the parts to complete a full fence replacement.

How to get the best price here

The biggest savings come from buying the full kit at once: panels plus posts and gravel boards in one order reduces separate delivery costs and often unlocks volume pricing on product pages. Check for multi‑buy prices on each listing, buy runs of identical panels rather than mixed bespoke sizes, and compare per‑unit cost for different panel widths before checkout.

Shipping, returns and trust notes

Expect bulky fence items to be delivered by pallet freight — deliveries are typically kerbside so you’ll need help offloading. Lead times vary by stock and made‑to‑order items, so confirm each product’s ship window. You have the statutory 14‑day cancellation right for non‑custom goods; because fencing is heavy and awkward, returns may require a collection fee, so plan orders carefully.

FAQ

Does BuyFencingDirect price match?

They don’t advertise a site‑wide price‑match guarantee. If you’ve found a lower like‑for‑like price elsewhere, contact customer service with the exact product details — some retailers will review competitive quotes case by case.

When are the best times to buy for lower prices?

Big savings usually come from buying in quantity or watching seasonal clearances after peak summer. For everyday discounts, check product pages for multi‑buy pricing rather than waiting for a one‑off sale.

What if I need to return bulky fencing items?

You have the 14‑day statutory right to cancel non‑custom orders, but bulky returns can be costly because of pallet collection. Read the delivery and returns section on each product page before ordering to avoid unexpected collection charges.
